First Photoshoot! Callie Teaser

So last weekend, one of our friends let me take pictures of their dog so I could play with my new camera and software :D AND! so I get some actual experience in the field of photography! (rather than just taking pictures of my kitties and C). And oh boy do I need more work. But I think I did okay.

Let me know what you think? Any really useful tips that could be put in dumb words please? This isn't even half of them! I feel like I have a million.

Meet Callie! (I hope I'm  spelling it right! That's how my Callie liked her name to be spelled) She is definitely still a puppy, but I don't think she'll get much bigger (if at all). Anyway, this is her 2nd trip to a park!

That really was a different picture!

She was definitely her usual excited and adventurous self!

So, these aren't the "best of the best" or anything, just the ones I've been able to get to so far... What do you think? And now that you've seen them, I can point this out: I already noticed the shadow on her a lot... My fault! I learned from those pictures :D

I hope I have some sort of future in it. Animals, though they need a million more photos taken than just about every other "field"(?), they're really fun to shoot--with a camera of course.

random

This is at our apartments and Craig thought it was neat and dreary.. our favorite thing :)

so i know this isnt pretty but its what we get to see every day. And I actually love the brown and dead look ;)

Rogue-bear, one of her last days playing outside! Ever since we got the new kitten, we haven't left the sliding door open that goes to our porch. We know Rogue would never run away, But Isis wasn't domesticated, then had a traumatic experience outside (or so we think) and picked up by two over-loving people. So she doesn't know that she has it good, so we're playing it safe. I may get her a collar and leash and tie her to something so she gets to go out, but can't run away. Then Rogue can go out again!

Seattle in July

I got to meet up with Stacy-Puppy (along with Sammy and Jonathan) and after we went shopping for my mom's Mother-of-the-Bride dress, we went up to Seattle (without  mom.. she couldn't walk anymore). Anyway, Puppy helped me understand my camera a little bit better. And since I heart her I totally took what she said and tried to use it. (You know, rather than biting her face off :D)

Only in Seattle do you get the kind of crazy-confidence to wear booty shorts! Seriously, about a quarter of her bum was hanging out. It was awesome! Hey! if you got it, I'm okay with you flaunting it!

He's so sweet.

In a cute alley in downtown
Yesss.. her bracelet says "boobies". And yes... I'm focused in on it!

That's supposed to be Stacy, Sammy, and I. I think I'm grabbing Sammy's arm to keep her from choking Stacy while she fixes her hair with leaves...

Puppy bought us some great snacks!

It's a bit blurry :(

She's soo cute :D And kinda gray.

Jonathan's neck takes awesome pictures! haha.

They're so sweet looking! Looks can be deceiving! muahahaha.

So, this dude took a picture of Puppy, so I took a picture of him! PAYBACK! a lame one.

Puppy made taking pictures of random body parts sound fun! so here's my attempt.

Lots of sun on this!

Man! Sammy's gonna be a HUGE heart-breaker!

duuurrr

I really like this one actually.

The only non-blurry picture I got of just Puppy!

It's so busy!

Awesome

I can't believe we share some genes! I guess, it's only 1/2, but still, she's so freaking pretty!
